Timber Fencing
Hardwood, treated pine or merbau — paling, lapped and capped, or picket styles. Suits character homes and properties where a natural look fits better than steel.

Many Brisbane blocks need a retaining wall before the fence can go in - especially on sloped sites. We do both. wall first, fence on top. One quote, one job
Gates and Posts
Matching gates for any fence type - single, double, pedestrian or driveway. Steel posts concreted in at correct spacing. Standalone or as part of the full fence install
Colourbond Fencing
The most popular choice in Brisbane. Steel panels, wide colour range, 15+ year lifespan. Termite and bushfire resistant. Full run with steel posts, top and bottom rails.
Pool Fencing
Council- compliant pool fencing in glass, aluminium or Colourbond. we ensure the installation meets all Brisbane and SEQ council requirements including gate installation.
Old Fence Removal
We remove and dispose of your existing fence as part of the job. Timber. Colourbond, old paling - all gone. Site left clean and ready. Disposal Fees apply
FAQs
Timber or Colourbond — which is better for Brisbane?
1
For most Brisbane properties, Colourbond wins on longevity. The humidity and clay soil in SEQ is hard on untreated timber — Colourbond lasts 15+ years with minimal maintenance and is termite resistant. That said, timber suits older character homes where a natural look matters more than low maintenance.
Do I need council approval for a new fence?
2
Generally no — standard boundary fencing in Brisbane and SEQ doesn't need approval. Pool fencing has stricter requirements. Fences over 2m or near easements may need assessment. We'll flag any issues when we come out to quote.
Do neighbours have to pay half?
3
Under Queensland's Neighbourhood Disputes (Dividing Fences and Trees) Act, neighbours are generally required to share the cost of a standard dividing fence. We're not lawyers so we can't advise on disputes, but we can provide you with a quote you can share with your neighbour when approaching them.
How long does a fence install take?
4
Most standard residential fence installs take 1–2 days. Longer runs, difficult access or combination jobs with retaining walls may take longer. We'll give you a realistic timeframe in the quote.
